Torch on membrane

Membrane roofing is a type of roofing system for buildings and tanks. It is used on flat or nearly flat roofs to prevent leaks and move water off the roof. Membrane roofs are most commonly made from synthetic rubber, thermoplastic (PVC or similar material), or modified bitumen. Membrane roofs are most commonly used in commercial application, though they are becoming increasingly more common in residential application.

Crack injection Waterproofing

Concrete crack injection is a method of forcing epoxies or polyurethanes under pressure to control and/or eliminate water penetrating concrete structures via cracks, voids etc. This is an effective and economical repair/remedial technique for buildings & infrastructures like; tunnels, multi-storey carparks and bridges. Power Sealed repair all types of concrete cracks, water leaks and provide waterproof maintenance.

Polyurethane Spray

Spray-applied insulation helps in heating and cooling in walls and is very versatile for multiple applicatons and substrates, including commercial, residential and storage buildings, silos, coolers, freezers and refrigerated air, rail and truck transportation.?Spray-applied closed cell polyurethane foam is also ideal for insulating wall interior, stud wall insulation and air seal, as well as outside insulation applications.

Epoxy coating

Epoxy is both the basic component and the cured end product of epoxy resins, as well as a colloquial name for the epoxide functional group. Epoxy resins, also known as polyepoxides are a class of reactive prepolymers and polymers which contain epoxide groups. Epoxy resins may be reacted (cross-linked) either with themselves through catalytic homopolymerisation, or with a wide range of co-reactants including polyfunctional amines, acids (and acid anhydrides), phenols, alcohols, and thiols. These co-reactants are often referred to as hardeners or curatives, and the cross-linking reaction is commonly referred to as curing. Reaction of polyepoxides with themselves or with polyfunctional hardeners forms a thermosetting polymer, often with strong mechanical properties as well as high temperature and chemical resistance. Epoxy has a wide range of applications, including metal coatings, use in electronics / electrical components, high tension electrical insulators, fiber-reinforced plastic materials, and structural adhesives. Epoxy resin is employed to bind gutta percha in some root canal procedures.

Lift Pit Waterproofing

A common mistake when applying waterproof membranes to lift pits is the practise of extending the tanking membrane ONLY from the base of the walls up. This tanking method is not sufficient to stop hydrostatic pressure forcing water from under the bottom edge of the waterproof membrane. Cloaking application solves this problem by completely surrounding the pit: the base, slab and walls in one continuous seamless waterproof membrane. The cloaking waterproof method MUST BE applied during construction of the lift pit. In this way the Lift Pit Cloaking forms a complete continuous waterproof system of protection that is impervious to moisture.

Retaining Walls

Waterproofing below ground structures is essential and is part of the building process. We have the ultimate below ground waterproofing system which provides the required longevity and total peace of mind necessary for these types of applications.
